My passion for cooking began as a child with the dishes from my youth that my father, mothers, and aunts cooked from the Surinamese-Javanese cuisine. Eating together and hospitality were central to us, and this became the common thread in my life. After Hotel Management School, my work as a flight attendant came my way, along with the opportunity to travel to various destinations and get to know different cultures and their versatile cuisines.
