With the Ecostoof Olive Green, cooking is super simple: Put the ingredients in a pan, bring to the boil (use the stove here for a moment) and then place the pan of food in the Ecostoof®. In the insulating Ecostoof® the food stays so hot that it will be cooked by itself, without energy, without burning but with a bite for the vegetables. The Ecostoof® is suitable for preparing meat, fish, vegetables, potatoes, fruits, rice, couscous, legumes, soup and even yogurt! The preparation time depends on the ingredient. Depending on the ingredient, half an hour to 45 minutes. Obviously longer for pot roast.
