Intellectual property

EcoStoof® is registered as a brand and design with the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BBIE) as well as the European Union Intellectual Property Office, EUIPO. It is forbidden for anyone to use the name EcoStoof®, or to use the design of the EcoStoof® without written permission from the holder of the brand and design rights. In all occurring cases, this will be submitted to the competent court.
