Nasi Goreng EcoStoof
Ingredients
400 grams organic pork belly, diced
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
350 grams pandan rice
600 ml water
1 bag (600 grams) pre-cut Chinese stir-fry vegetables
1 bell pepper, cut into small pieces
1 tub (90 grams) Boemboe Nasi Goreng
Salt and pepper to taste
Sweet soy sauce (ketjap manis) and sambal to taste
Ready-made fried onions and prawn crackers as toppings
Preparation
- Heat the sunflower oil and fry the pork belly cubes for approx. 4 min.
- Add the stir-fry vegetables and bell pepper and cook for approx. 2 minutes.
- Stir in the rice and the Boemboe Nasi Goreng seasoning mix.
- Add 600 ml water and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes with the lid on the pan.
- Place in the EcoStoof for 45 minutes.
- Season with sweet soy sauce and sambal and serve with fried onions and prawn crackers.
