Spaghetti bolognese from the EcoStoof®
Ingredients for 4 people
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
300 grams organic minced beef or vegetarian mince
55 grams mix for spaghetti bolognese
1 red bell pepper, cut into pieces
8 dl water
300 grams spaghetti
300 grams fresh washed spinach
30 grams pine nuts, roasted
freshly ground pepper and salt to taste
cooking time 2 minutes stewing time 30 minutes

Preparation
- Heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 4 minutes. Add the mince and the spaghetti mix and stir-fry until crumbly and browned.
- Save some bell pepper and spinach for garnish. Add the rest of the bell pepper and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the water and spaghetti and bring to a boil over high heat until the spaghetti slides into the pan.
- Place the spinach on top of the mixture and let it cook for 2 minutes over high heat with the lid on the pan.
- Place in the EcoStoof® for 30 minutes or longer.
- Season with pepper and salt.
- Serve in bowls or plates with roasted pine nuts.
- Garnish with bell pepper and fresh spinach leaves.
