Spargel mit Sauce Gribiche

Iris wohnt in der Nähe der Spargelfelder von Limburg und kauft ihren Spargel direkt beim Bauern an der Ecke ihrer Straße. In Limburg essen sie oft Spargelstücke, die vom Handel aussortiert wurden. Diese sind genauso lecker wie lange Spargelstangen, aber deutlich günstiger.
