Returns

Is your EcoStoof purchase not quite what you expected? You can return it within 30 days of receipt, clean and undamaged in the original packaging. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your own expense. We will refund your purchase amount within 14 days of receiving your order back in good condition. We do not refund shipping costs.

If the product is damaged or visibly used more than necessary to try it out, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. So, treat the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returned.

Returning in three steps

 

Step 1. Register the order you wish to return via the online return portal and receive a shipping label.

Step 2. Pack the order you wish to return in its original packaging

Pack your order clean and undamaged in the original packaging.

Add your order number and name to the package.

 

Step 3. Ship your return

Drop off your package at the service point you selected in the online return portal.

Please note: return shipping costs are at your own expense unless the product had a demonstrable defect upon delivery.
